My general research interests are in social movements research, civil society, public spheres and political communication. I am a member in the European Communication Research and Education Association (ECREA), the German Sociological Association/Deutsche Gesellschaft für Soziologie (DGS), and member in the Institut Solidarische Moderne (ISM).
