Media Design: We work on designing human-centered media and information technology products, e.g. websites, electronic program guides, or service robots.
Media and Engineering Psychology: We aim to contribute to a better understanding of human thoughts, feelings, and actions before, during, and after media (technology) use, e.g. online love, cell phone addiction, or team work via weblogs.
Special Expertise: We are also engaged in Media Pedagogy and Gender Studies. Our work is based upon Social Scientific Research and Evaluation Methods and we operate a Lab for Experimental and Psycho-Physiological Media Research.
