After having received your agreement, we will send the user name and password for the download area to you. You should then refer to the online installation notes for setting up the tool. We will also send notes about new releases of TimeNET and other information via e-mail to all registered users of TimeNET.

Please note: the password may be changed without prior notice. If you are a registered user of TimeNET, you can obtain the current password by email again. If you have any further questions, send an email to Armin Zimmermann.

Agreement

The software package TimeNET is provided pursuant to the following agreement containing restrictions on its disclosure, duplication, and use.

The registered user of TimeNET is allowed to obtain copies of the software tool TimeNET for non-profit use. If other people from the registered users organization work with the tool, he is responsible for their compliance with this agreement. The ftp address and password must be kept secret. People interested in getting the tool have to contact the provider of TimeNET.

The software is provided "as it is" without expressed or implied warranty. The Technische Universitaet Ilmenau disclaims all warranties with regard to this software, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall the Technische Universitaet Ilmenau be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this software.
