Short Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit one page (A4) short paper.

Guidelines

The one page digest should contain the title of the paper, the authors and their affiliation, a short abstract, the main contents of the paper, preliminary results and references. The digest should be submitted via the ISTET-2017 conference administration system as a PDF file only, formatted in DIN A4.

Conference Proceedings

Authors are invited to submit electronically previously unpublished papers relevant to the symposium topics. The one page short papers will be reviewed by the editorial board and will be published in a Book-of-Abstracts, available at the symposium.

Full Papers

Authors of accepted and presented on the conference papers will be encouraged to submit a full version (max. 8 pages) of their paper by the end of the symposium. The paper should be uploaded using the CONVERIA platform.

A number of papers will be selected by the editorial board for publication in the Special Issue of COMPEL (The International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering) in 2018 (Vol. 37, No. 3). The special issue will have the title: "Special issue on Theoretical Electrical Engineering".

Another part of papers will be published in the journal “Informatics Control Measurement in Economy and Environment Protection” (Informatyka Automatyka Pomiary w Gospodarce i Ochronie Środowiska, see www.e-IAPGOS.pl).

As soon as the selection will be done, the authors will be informed and guided to the corresponding journal. All papers will undergo a peer reviewing process with respect to the journal.

Young Researchers Poster Competition

A special session for students and PhD candidates is intended to be organized. Please put the name of the session in the category field when electronically submitting the short paper. The candidates interested in the competition have to provide a confirmation of their current student´s status.

Working Language

English is the official language of the symposium and will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.
