Elgersburg can be reached via local trains from Erfurt, which is connected to the German high speed train network. Train connections can be found in DB Bahn

The nearest airport is Leipzig, which has few international connections. From the major airports in Frankfurt and Berlin, Erfurt can be reached by train in 2-3 hours. Frankfurt has the advantage, that there are directed trains between the airport and Erfurt.
Tranfer from the train station in Elgersburg to the hotel will be arranged. Details on this transfer will be announced before the Elgersburg conference.
Wireless internet will be available.
Technical Equipment of the Lecture Halls:
The two lecture halls are equipped with computer, data projector, overhead projector and flipchart. The computer is able to display .pdf, Powerpoint files. For empty slides for the overhead projector and suitable pens please refer to the conference staff.

Departure Day:
Lunch on Friday will conclude the conference. Participants which have to leave earlier and miss the lunch on their departure day, can order a lunch bag at the reception.
