SST 2015

Join us for SST 2015 – The 8th International Symposium on Software and Systems Traceability (former International Workshop on Traceability in Emerging Forms of Software Engineering, TEFSE). The event will bring together researchers and practitioners to examine the challenges of recovering, maintaining, and utilizing traceability for the myriad forms of software engineering artifacts. SST 2015 is intended to be a working event focused on discussing the main problems related to software traceability and propose possible solutions for such problems.

Student Scholarships available

We have student scholarships available for attending TEFSE. Priority will be given to authors of accepted papers. Scholarships may cover TEFSE attendance and provide partial coverage of travel and/or accommodation. All applications must be received by February 28th. To apply please submit an application to Patrick Rempel that includes:

  1. Name and Affiliation
  2. Your current academic status (i.e. 2nd year PhD student etc)
  3. A description of your research and its relationship to software traceability. Explain why attending TEFSE would be helpful to you.
  4. Please ask your advisor to send a reference letter via email to Patrick Rempel

Software Traceability Contest

The 8th SST will also host a contest on the Grand Challenges of Software Traceability. Following the tradition established at the last four TEFSE workshops, contestants may select any of the symposium topics of interest and/or Grand Challenges of Software Traceability topics to address. Contest papers are reviewed in terms of originality, soundness, and presentation quality. Contest papers will be published in the proceedings and presented at a special session in SST 2015. Among the accepted contest papers, the committee will vote for the best two solutions, which will be announced at the workshop.
