Info event "Starting up in Germany: From Idea to Residence Permit"

Attention, international students - we have something for you!

In cooperation with Ilmkubator, Thüringer Agentur Für Fachkräftegewinnung (ThAFF) and ThEx Enterprise will provide information on start-up support and legal requirements for international students and graduates of TU Ilmenau.* When and where? Thursday, May 5 – 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. via Webex What is it about? Still studying or freshly graduated in Thuringia and have a brilliant business idea? Thuringia is a great location for entrepreneurship. However, before you can officially become your own boss, there some essential things to keep in mind. In the first part of the online-lecture, our partner project ThEX Enterprise will give you information on how to develop your business concept and first steps in Germany. In the second part, our partner ThAFF will focus on residence law questions in regard of entrepreneurship as a residence purpose after your graduation.

The seminar will be held in English. Since the places are limited, please register in advance at TURM II. *This event is also open to students of other Thuringian universities.

ThEx Enterprise supports individuals who want to start a business in Thuringia. We provide information on the necessary steps to take and the dos and don'ts to consider along the way. We support founders with their business and financial plan and offer seminars in presence and online, which support the founding process. Access requirement for the seminars is the language level B2.
