Tasks in the project:

  • Deposition of metal oxides on III-V films and nanowires.
  • Characterization of heterointerfaces between III-V semiconductors and metal oxides - including chemical composition at the atomic level and electronic band matching
  • Stability and conductivity measurements of metal oxide layers for photoelectrochemistry.
  • Optimization of defect structures.
