Tasks in the project:

  • Literature research on life cycle assessments of III-V semiconductors and PV technologies.
  • Development of a life cycle assessment concept and definition of objectives and scope for the use case.
  • Inventory analysis and impact analysis including life cycle costing.
  • Development of a multi-criteria evaluation procedure for weighting different impact categories.
