Laura Martin steps in for Elisabeth Wagner-Olfermann at the Research Group PRTK until January 2021

Since October 2019, Laura Martin is taking over the parental leave replacement of Elisabeth Wagner-Olfermann in the Group for Research in Public Relations and Communication of Technology.

Last year, after successfully completing her master's degree in Media and Communication Science (M.A.) at the TU Ilmenau, Laura Martin already worked as a research assistant on the research group’s research project “Framing and Risk Perception of Artificial Intelligence (AI)”. Also in the context of her current employment, she continues to devote herself to researching dominating frames in public AI communication and their impact on society. In addition, Ms. Martin, together with Tatjana Faj, teaches the "Berufsfeldorientierung PR" (vocational field orientation public relations), which is offered to third- and fourth-semester students in the bachelor's program in Applied Media and Communication Science (B.A.).
