COGNITIVE REMOTE LABORATORIES FOR STUDYING THE ELEMENTS OF THE SMART INDUSTRY

- The transition of the usual industry to the smart one involves improving the con-trol systems for intelligent devices and processes. Smart control systems are systems that use knowledge to achieve the goals of their functioning. Control processes in such systems are similar to processes in the human brain. Therefore, knowledge-based control systems are called cognitive (CCS).
The main functions of such systems are the knowledge of the control object and the for-mation of influences on it. The paper analyzes the structure of the CCS, sets out the require-ments for remote laboratories for the study of CCS, defines the directions for the development of remote laboratories to ensure remote study of the elements of the smart industry. It is noted that when moving from behavior control systems to goals and scenarios control systems, the amount of student design is significantly increased. This will require the inclusion of a set of tools for simplifying design in the cognitive remote laboratory.
