Lecture hall pass for participation in on-site teaching and exams

According to the current Thuringian regulation (§ 22), the 3G principle (vaccinated/genetically tested) applies to all on-site lectures and examinations at universities. For this purpose, the TU Ilmenau will issue a standardized lecture hall pass for all students. It serves to confirm that you have provided the university with a 3G proof and is necessary for access to on-site lectures and examinations. Random checks of the lecture hall pass for 3G proof will be carried out. Violations of this proof requirement are considered a misdemeanor and will be sanctioned accordingly.

 You can find form for the lecture hall pass on the intranet. Please enter your details on the form and print it out.

1. vaccinated or recovered

If you already meet the criteria "Vaccinated" or "recovered", you can have this confirmed by issuing the certificate.

Issuing of certificate:

Date:    11 Oct 21 to 15 Oct 21.

Time:    09:00 am to 16:00 p.m.

Place:   University sports hall (gallery)

Please note that for the issuance of the lecture hall pass, it is mandatory to present a certificate (proof of vaccination, proof of recovery)!

2. not vaccinated or not recovered

In accordance with the requirements in theinfection protection concept of the TU Ilmenau, eligible students will have the opportunity to perform self-tests under supervision from Monday, 11 October 2021, until further notice. Please bring your pre-filled lecture hall pass with you for this purpose.

Eligible students are

• international students who have already been vaccinated with a vaccine not licensed in the EU,
• students who have a doctor's certificate proving they cannot be vaccinated,
• students enrolled in their first semester of higher education who have not been vaccinated or recovered - but only until 31 October 2021.

All others must provide a test certificate (PCR or rapid antigen test) from a stationary testing center.
