Work package 1: Sustainable assessment of the innovation potential of III-V semiconductors

Our work package 1 addresses an important question: How can we best deal with materials that are both rare and harmful to the environment? These materials are crucial because they are scarce and can have negative impacts on the environment. To find out which alternatives are promising, we analyse the market and assess the innovation potential of new material combinations.
