You can inform about your email address by using this web form and will benefit from our new service:

  • You receive an email three days before the end of your lending period reminding you to either return the borrowed books or to extend the lending period.
  • When your ordered or reserved books are available, you receive an email informing you; thus you have three days for collection at the circulation desk.
  • The first and second reminders are sent by email; only the third (and final) reminder is sent by a written letter.

You can also use this form for informing us about a change in your email address.

Please note: This form is only for external users. In general, members of the TU Ilmenau receive the first and second reminders and all other information sent to their university email address.
