  • Basics of knowledge-based systems (types of knowledge and representation / representation of knowledge, architectures, design)
  • Methods of decision theory (decision-making situations, presentation of decision-making situations, decision-making rules in the event of uncertainty, decision-making rules in the case of risk)
  • Automatic classification (basics, Bayes’ classifier, distance classifiers, separation function classifiers, point-to-point classifier)
  • Expert systems (representation of declarative knowledge, search strategies)
