The objective is to model several Self-Organizing Network (SON) functions jointly using advanced Machine Learning algorithms such that their conflicting and complementing interactions are implicitly coordinated. The idea is to design a one-stop-shop cognitive network management solution for next generation cellular networks that can efficiently take care of handover management, interference coordination, coverage, capacity, load balancing, energy savings and other such important use cases related to mobile communications.
