On 31 May 2021, the annual Workshop on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion took place at Copenhagen Business School. Under the general theme "Toward an interdisciplinary agenda", this year's workshop brought together international academics from various disciplines who deal with aspects of diversity in their research.
Nicole Philippczyck presented a paper on "The role of institutional founding conditions for the adoption of diversity statements in European universities". The joint paper with Jan Grundmann and Dr. Simon Oertel uses quantitative methods of text analysis to examine the significance of diversity in European universities against the background of the institutional founding context.
