Corporate Integration Management (BEM)

The main objective of corporate integration management is to help employees quickly integrate and adapt to the workflow at the university. At the same time, this serves as prevention from further illnesses and incapacity for work of the integrated employees. The BEM of TU Ilmenau has various programs and services that support and facilitate the employees at the university. The activities are coordinated by the Human Resources Department.
