There are four student clubs on campus found under the respective dormitory buildings. Everyday there is always at least two clubs open. Programs for each club can be found on their websites:

Other cities in Thuringia also offer a wide range of entertainment.
In Erfurt there is a cinema, the Alte Oper, a theater and two cabarets, the Lachgeschoss and the Arche. There are countless restaurants such as the Augustiner Brauhaus at the Krämerbrücke, the Palais Wachsberg, Il Cortile and Espitas to round off the evening. The Hemingway and Modern Masters are both recommendable bars.
The city of Weimar also has many evening entertainment optinos such as the cinema, the Jugendtheater (youth theater) as well as the Deutsche Nationaltheater and the Theater im Gewölbe. Music lovers should also check out the Medicom Music Club.
It is also worth visiting Arnstadt if only to experience the fantastic Theater im Schlossgarten.
