learning outcome

The students have a sound knowledge of the micro- and nanotechnology. They are able to understand stimulus and response in micro- and nanoscale systems. They analyze and evaluate micro- and nano-systems in terms of their priniciples and applications. They are able to synthesize micro- and nano-sensors and to make use of them in systems. The students have an understanding of the structure and operation of micro- and nano-systems.
