Grundkenntnisse der Festkörper-, Halbleiter- und Atomphysik, kann parallel oder in der Folge zur Vorlesung "Organische Optoelektronik" besucht werden.

learning outcome

Die Studenten erlernen die praktische Präparation von einigen optoelektronischen Bauelementen, wie z.B. organische Leuchtdioden (OLED), organische Solarzellen (OSC) und organische Feldeffekttransistoren (OFET).

Praktische Präparation im Labor (Reinraum, Substratpräparation, Schleuderbeschichtung, Vakuumsublimation von Metallen, Charakterisierung der Bauelemente).
