Description

Industrial Engineering and Management is an interdisciplinary major. In a broadly conceived and almost equivalent scientific and engineering as well as law and economics education, the students acquire the ability to combine engineering and business management thinking and to solve corresponding problems together with specialists from other departments. The students should acquire the ability to critically classify scientific findings and to become acquainted with the manifold tasks of application- and subject-related fields of work.

The level of education attained in the bachelor program already allows with the transition to the master program a broader career-oriented specialization and deepening. Successful studies lead to the professional qualification "Bachelor of Science". This is a prerequisite for the master program based on it.
