What is competence coaching?

During the Basic Engineering School you participate in a competence coaching. With the help of competence checks it is determined which competences are already well developed and which areas of development you have. By matching the requirements of the job description of the engineers, you know exactly which competences have to be developed to meet the expectations in the professional life. As the competency checks take place as progress measurements, you can see how your competencies have already changed. In regular feedback discussions, recommendations for action are developed on how you can further expand your competences and close gaps. At the same time, you will be given the opportunity to work on your strengths and development areas as well as acquire methodological foundations in the competence development seminar. In interactive teaching / learning situations, you apply your own competences and competence development is sustainably supported in a goal-oriented manner.
