The paper "Efficient Fabrication of MoS2 Nanocomposites by Water-Assisted Exfoliation for Non-Volatile Storage" by Prof. Peter Schaaf, Honglei Wang and Dr. Dong Wang from the Group of Materials for Electrical Engineering and Electronics at TU Ilmenau has been selected by the Royal Society of Chemistry as a "HOT Green Chemistry Paper 2021".
TU Ilmenau
The team has successfully prepared carboxylated chitosan/2H-MoS2 nanocomposites via an efficient and green water-assisted exfoliation (WAE) method. The results presented in the paper via the WAE method provide important directions for the efficient and green synthesis of 2D nanocomposites, which are very attractive for novel applications in novel electronic devices.
