By the end of the seminar, the participant is expected to:

- Have sound theoretical foundations of International Media and Communication Management.

- Be able to identify, explain and develop international strategies at different levels for (Media) companies.

- Explain how the organizational culture, structures and HR management impact international outputs on Media Enterprises.

- Describe business challenges in international markets and strategies to cope with it.

- Be able to apply the knowledge obtained in solving real-life international management problems in Media companies.
