| learning outcome | Mit der Vakuumtechnik wird der Ingenieur in vielen Einsatzbereichen konfrontiert. Für viele technologische Prozesse und analytischeVerfahren ist die Vakuumtechnik unverzichtbar. Insbesondere für technologische Verfahren der Mikro- und Nanotelektronik gewinnen die Vakuumverfahren zunehmend an Bedeutung. Die Kenntnis der physikalischen Grundlagen und das vermittelte anwendungsorientierte Wissen zur Vakuumerzeugung und -messung, zur Werkstoffauswahl und Apparategestaltung befähigt den Zuhörer, im späteren Einsatz vakuumtechnische Fragestellungen effizient zu bearbeiten. Die Vorlesung vermittelt Inhalte über alle Vakuumbereiche vom Grobvakuum bis hin zum Ultrahochvakuum und lehrt unter anderem den Umgang mit und die Bedienung von Vakuumapparaturen.
