| content | Medientechnische Systeme müssen stets an die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer angepasst sein. Daher beinhaltet die Veranstaltung Grundlangen der nutzerzentrieren Entwicklung von Systemen. Hierzu zählen eine Einführung in Usability Engineering, sowie Grundprinzipien aus dem Bereich Quality of Experience. Ferner werden unterschiedliche Methoden zur Erhebung von Nutzerrückmeldungen, wie etwa Labor- oder Onlinebefragungen, vorgestellt, sowie die notwendigen methodischen Werkzeuge zu deren Auswertung. |
