Einflüsse von Temperatur-, Betriebsspannungs- und Bauelementeparameterschwankungen werden besprochen. U.a. werden behandelt: • Konstantstromquellen (Stromspiegel) • Referenzspannungsquellen • Verstärkerstufen (Darlingtonschaltung, Kaskodeschaltung, Differenzverstärker, Gegentaktverstärker) • Operationsverstärker (Aufbau, Anwendung, Frequenzgangkompensation) |
