| learning outcome | Die Studenten erhalten einen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik. Sie lernen die Grundbauelemente der Halbleiterelektronik kennen und werden mit deren Aufbau und Funktion vertraut gemacht. Die Studenten lernen die Herangehensweise zur mathematischen Beschreibung des Bauelementeverhaltens und zur Berechnung der Bauelementekennlinien kennen und sind in der Lage, die Funktionsweise von Bauelemente zu erklären. Sie lernen exemplarisch digitale Grundschaltungen kennen und werden befähigt, zukünftige Trends in der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik kritisch zu bewerten. |
