| learning outcome | Fachkompetenz: Die Studierenden kennen die grundlegenden Methoden zur Spezifikation und Bewertung von Kommunikationssystemen und -netzen. Darüber hinaus können sie die Anforderungen an eine multimediale Kommunikation bestimmen und die zur Erbringung notwendigen Mechanismen beschreiben. Des Weiteren sind sie vertraut mit Struktur und Funktionsweise multimediafähiger Hard- und Softwaresysteme und beherrschen die Grundzüge der Mensch-Computer-Interaktion. Methodenkompetenz: Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, Verfahren zur Spezifikation und Simulation von Kommunikationssystemen und Netzen anzuwenden und deren Ergebnisse zu interpretieren. Sie sind vertraut mit verschiedenen symmetrischen und asymmetrischen kryptografischen Verfahren und kennen die Vorgehensweisen zur Integration von Sicherheitsdiensten in Kommunikationsarchitekturen. Zusätzlich sind sie vertraut mit Algorithmen zur Audio-, Bild- und Videocodierung. |
