learning outcome	Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, Eigenschaften und Funktionen analoger CMOS-Schaltungen zu erkennen, zu analysieren und zu verstehen. Sie besitzen die Fach- und Methodenkompetenz, ausgehend von der Analyse einer Aufgabenstellung, applikationsspezifische Grundschaltungen aus der eigenen Wissensbasis auszuwählen und daraus eine geeignete analoge CMOS-Schaltung weiterzuentwickeln, die den gestellten Anforderungen gerecht wird. Anschließend soll der Studierende in der Lage sein, diese Schaltung in ein Layout zu überführen und die erforderlichen Entwurfs- und Verifikationsschritte bis zu den Maskendaten selbständig durchführen können.
