| learning outcome | Der Studierende soll verstehen, wie Produktionssysteme konzipiert, geplant und realisiert werden. Dabei soll er erkennen, wie die Leistungserbringung in der Produktion anhand unterschiedlicher Methoden der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung erfolgt und mithilfe der Instandhaltung sicher gestellt wird. Zudem erhält er einen Überblick über geeignete Vorgehensweisen, Methoden und Instrumente zur Lösung von Problemen und Optimierung von Prozessen aus den Bereichen der Produktion und Logistik und wie mit moderne Identifikationssysteme und Produktionstechniken der Leistungserstellungsprozess wirtschaftlich von statten geht. |
| content | Einführung in die Produktion zur Herstellung von Erzeugnissen anhand der historischen Entwicklung von Produktionssystemen. Darlegung moderner Produktionsphilosophien und -strategien sowie deren Realisierung. Sicherstellung der Produktion durch Instandhaltung und permanenter Optimierung bestehender Prozesse. Grundlagen zum Produktions- und Logistikmanagement sowie technische und organisatorische Lösungsansätze zu deren Unterstützung. |
