| learning outcome | Die Studenten sollen grundlegende Kenntnisse über die Biophysik der Zelle erlernen, wobei die Funktionalität der Membranen und des Zellskeletts im Vordergrund stehen. Ferner wird auf die durch den Aufbau von Membranen und des Zellplasmas bedingten elektrischen Eigenschaften von Zellen eingegangen. Im Verlauf der Vorlesung sollen die Studenten ein Gefühl für biologische Zellen und ihre Charakterisierung mittels physika-lischer Prinzipien entwickeln. |
