| details of the certificate | Reflection paper & presentation (60% of the final grade): The reflection paper assures that you read all assigned articles and reflect upon the body of knowledge presented. Please ask five questions that you would like to further discuss in the seminars, and discuss what you find most appealing / unappealing regarding the theories and/ or how they are presented in the articles. The reflection paper should be max. 2000 words in length plus references and appendix. Please structure your thoughts around the following question: What is the relationship between communication and change management? You will be asked to prepare a summary of your reflection paper as a short presentations for class discussion. Group presentation (10% of the final grade) on key issues from the simulation handbook. Frequent and active participation (30%): Participation in this course is mandatory. You must not miss this class more than twice (without an excuse). Furthermore, this course is based on interaction and discussion. Students are invited and encouraged to actively participate in the discussions. Plagiarism and any attempt of deception are not tolerated. |
