| learning outcome | Die Studierenden kennen: - die Ziele und Träger der Wirtschaftspolitik, - Organisationsformen gesellschaftlichen Handelns, - theoretische Modellierungen der Willensbildungs- und Entscheidungsprozesse in der Demokratie, - Konzeptionen der Stabilitätspolitik, - Instrumente der Geld- und Fiskalpolitik, - Ursachen und Erscheinungsformen des Strukturwandels sowie Grundlagen der Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Die Studierenden können: - Zielbeziehungen in der Wirtschaftspolitik darstellen, - Abstimmungs- und Entscheidungsregeln anwenden, - Probleme demokratischer Entscheidungsprozesse identifizieren, - Indikatoren der Stabilisierungspolitik anwenden sowie - Kriterien zur Beurteilung der Lohnhöhe und Lohnstruktur anwenden. Die Studierenden können: - die Konjunkturentwicklung an Hand geeigneter Indikatoren beurteilen, - die deutsche Fiskalpolitik und die Geldpolitik der EZB evaluieren sowie - den Einsatz der Instrumente der Arbeitsmarktpolitik beurteilen. |
| content | Darstellung der normativen Ziele, der Träger und Instrumente der Wirtschaftspolitik. Die Möglichkeiten und Schwächen der Wirtschaftspolitik in der Demokratie werden problematisiert. In die Theorien der Stabilisierungspolitik wird eingeführt. Die Ziele, Instrumente und die Praxis der Geldpolitik der EZB werden behandelt. Ein Grundverständnis zum Strukturwandel,zur Struktur- und Regionalpolitik sowie zur Arbeitsmarktpolitik wird vermittelt. |
