learning outcome	Die Veranstaltung soll in die Neue Institutionenökonomik einführen und dabei einen Überblick bzw. eine Einordnung der unterschiedlichen Konzepte der NIÖ (z.B.: Property Rights, Transaktionskostenansatz, Verfügungsrechtsansatz, etc.) liefern. Hierzu werden zunächst einige schon bekannte Bausteine der Institutionenökonomik wiederholt, um dann einen besonderen Schwerpunkt auf den Bereich der Vertragstheorie zu legen. Abschließend werden weitere Anwendungsbereiche der NIÖ, wie etwa der Neuen Institutionenökonomik des Marktes, des Unternehmens und des Staates besprochen.
