| learning outcome | Studenten sind in der Lage, Jahresabschlüsse nach handelsrechtlicher Prinzipien zu erstellen und sind mit wesentlichen IFRS-Bilanzierungsregeln vertraut. |
| content | Das Fach vertieft verschiedene Aspekte der Abbildung der Unternehmensrealität in Rechnungslegungsmodellen. Es vermittelt ein grundlegendes Verständnis des externen Rechnungswesens, auf dessen Basis einerseits Unternehmensinformationen an unternehmensexterne Adressaten vermittelt werden, andererseits aber auch Zahlungen, etwa an den Fiskus oder die Eigentümer, bemessen werden. Die fundamentalen Bilanzierungsvorschriften nach deutschem Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) werden vertieft behandelt. Daneben werden International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), die Konzernrechnungslegung und die Prüfung, Offenlegung und das Enforcement überblicksartig vorgestellt. |
