Die Vorlesung vermittelt Geschäftsmodelle sowie Geschäftsprozesse im Handel vor und nach der Einführung von eCommerce und ihre Unterstützung durch die Informationsverarbeitung

Studierende sollen:

  • Aktuelle Geschäftsmodelle und Geschäftsprozesse im Handel und auf elektronischen Märkten kennen
  • die Spezifika der Informationslogistik im Einzelhandel und eCommerce kennen
  • Referenzmodelle kennen und auf ein Unternehmen anwenden können
