Sie besitzen grundlegende Kenntnisse des privaten Wirtschaftsrechts, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Abschluss, Inhalt und Abwicklung von Verträgen zwischen Unternehmen sowie zwischen Unternehmen und Verbrauchern. Sie können dabei Problemschwerpunkte erkennen und lösen. |
