| content | Dozent: Dr. Heryk Balkow Erfolgreiche Kommunikation ist wesentlicher Bestandteil, um als Unternehmer erfolgreich tätig sein zu können. In diesem Fach geht es um die Sensibilisierung für interpersonale Kommunikation in verschiedenen unternehmerischen Kontexten und Modi, z.B. das Kundengespräch, Verhandlungsführung, Kommunikation mit potenziellen Kapitalgebern, Gespräche mit Mitarbeitern, Bewerbungsgespräche, erfolgreiches Netzwerken sowie die Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt soll das Thema Kommunikation in interkulturellen Kontexten darstellen, das verschiedene interpersonale Kommunikationssituationen betreffen kann. Neben theoretischen Hintergründen geht es hier um praktische Übungen, in denen die verschiedenen Situationen simuliert und erprobt werden sollen. |
