Dazu haben sie unterschiedlichen Vorgehensweisen, Management-Methoden und Techniken kennengelernt. Sie sind daraufhin in der Lage, ihren (künftigen) Kunden bzw. Anwendern ein genau passendes Leistungsangebot zu unterbreiten. |
| content | Dieser Kurs adressiert (angehende) Gründer. Es wird vermittelt, wie man flexibel auf die Bedürfnisse von Kunden, Nutzern und Anwendern eingeht und sich einem genau passenden Leistungsangebot annähert (z.B. mit Rapid Prototyping). Weiter steht im Fokus der Betrachtungen dieser Veranstaltung, wie eigene Projektideen entwickelt und im Team realisiert werden können. Insbesondere kommen dabei agile Projektmanagement-Ansätze zum Einsatz, wie SCRUM mit User-Stories. |
