| learning outcome | Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, unter Nutzung von theoretischen Aspekten der Evolution zur gezielten Verbesserung/Veränderung von Enzymen und/oder Organismen zu analysieren, zu optimieren und zu synthetisieren. Sie können praktische Beispiele der verschiedenen Methoden der evolutiven Biotechnologie verstehen. Sie können die Methoden der fortgeschrittenen Biotechnologie nutzen Die Studierenden erarbeiten Problemlösungen zur gezielten Verbesserung/Veränderung von Enzymen und/oder Organismen in der Gruppe. Sie können die von ihnen synthetisierten Enzyme gemeinsam in einem Praktikum analysieren und bewerten.
