Sie können dabei die Wechselbeziehungen zwischen des einzelnen Inhalten untersuchen, und anhand von beispielen interpretieren. Sie sind in der Lage, eine umfassenden Businessplan zu erarbeiten, zu überprüfen und zu präsentieren. Im Zusammenhang damit können sie Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten generieren, darstellen und diskutieren. |
| content | Im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung soll eine Geschäftsidee zum Business-Plan ausgearbeitet werden. Es geht um die zentralen Inhalte eines Business-Plans wie Executive Summary, Geschäftsidee und Unternehmensziele, Produkt- bzw. Dienstleistung, Markt und Wettbewerb, Marketing und Vertrieb, Management und Team, Organisation, Umsetzungsplan, Chancen und Risiken sowie den Finanzplan. Diese werden anhand von Beispielen erläutert, bevor es in die Erarbeitung eines eigenen Business Plans geht. Den Abschluss des Seminars bildet die Vorstellung von Möglichkeiten, diesen Business-Plan erfolgreich umsetzen zu können, insbesondere in Bezug auf Finanzierung und relevante Netzwerke. |
