The students have improved their previously acquired competencies in a specific technical topic. They are qualified to analyze and work on complex practical problems using the theoretical and methodological skills acquired so far. They are able to document the topic in accordance with scientific standards. In the end the students can deal with scientific texts, have acquired problem-solving skills and can evaluate and classify their own work. They are able to present their results in front of a professional audience in an appropriate manner. The students can motivate their approaches and defend their work in a technical discussion.
