| learning outcome | Die Studierenden kennen fortgeschrittene, vorrangig nicht-lineare oder hochdimensionale Modelle zur Beschreibung multivariater Daten, deren Eigenschaften sowie die zugehörigen statistischen Analyseverfahren und deren Eigenschaften. Sie in der Lage, erhobene Daten damit zu modellieren und zu analysieren sowie die Ergebnisse zu interpretieren. Ferner können sie die Eigenschaften des Modells und der zugehörigen Verfahren formal zu untersuchen sowie hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung für die gegebene Fragestellung kritisch zu prüfen. Darüber hinaus können sie für neue Situationen entsprechende Modelle entwerfen, passende Analyseverfahren entwerfen sowie deren jeweilige Eigenschaften untersuchen. |
