In diesem Modul werden die grundlegenden Konzepte, Mechanismen und Methoden des Supply Chain Managements behandelt. Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, integrierte logistische Netzwerkstrukturen über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette zu beschreiben und zu analysieren. Sie vertiefen ihr Wissen in den Bereichen Produktion, Logistik, Marketing, Organisation, Industrieökonomik, Informationsverarbeitung und Operations Research und können entsprechende Methoden zur unternehmensübergreifenden Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Aufgaben in einer Wertschöpfungskette richtig anwenden und die erhaltenen Ergebnisse bewerten. | |
