learning outcomeBy the end of the course, students have a comprehensive understanding of the principles, technologies, and economic mechanisms underpinning decentralized finance (DeFi). They are able to develop the ability to critically analyze DeFi protocols and applications, exploring their implications for financial markets and traditional intermediaries. By the end of the course, students understand how decentralized systems enable lending, borrowing, trading, and asset management without centralized control, as well as the risks and opportunities associated with smart contracts, token economics, and blockchain governance. By this foundation, developed through the combination of lectures and exercises, students accept suggestions from the lecturers and their fellow students and are able to support their point of view argumentatively (increase in subject, method and social competence)
