learning outcome	Die Studierenden werden in grundlegende biochemische Arbeitsweisen eingeführt und mit ihrer Ausführung und Bewertung vertraut gemacht. Sie werden einige grundlegende praktische Fertigkeiten in der Laborarbeit erwerben.
content	Die Grundregeln sicherer und exakter Laborarbeit werden vermittelt. Hierzu gehören Sicherheitsaspekte beim Umgang mit biologischen Agenzien und in ausgewählten praktischen Aufgaben werden Enzyme und Bakterien als biologische Katalysatoren und „Arbeitstiere“ der Biochemie und Molekularbiologie vorgestellt.
