| details of the certificate | Das Praktikum besteht aus dem praktischen Teil, den Kolloquien und einem Vortrag. Das bestandene Praktikum ist die Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme an der schriftlichen Prüfung. Die Note des Praktikums geht zu 50 % in die Prüfungsnote ein. Ein nicht bestandenes Praktikum kann einmal wiederholt werden. Die Wiederholung umfasst dabei sowohl die Präparate mit den schriftlichen Versuchsauswertungen als auch die Kolloquien. Vor Antritt des Wiederholungspraktikums ist das erste Kolloquium (siehe Praktikumsplan) als Einganstest erneut erfolgreich abzulegen. |

| previous knowledge and experience | Bestandenes Modul Grundlagen der organischen Chemie wird für die Teilnahme am Praktikum empfohlen. Das im Praktikum Organische Chemie 1 erteilte Sicherheitszertifikat ist Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Praktikum Organisches Praktikum 2.

| learning outcome | Die Studierenden sind in der Lage komplexe Operationen der organischen Chemie zu planen und im Praktikum selbständig organische Reaktionen zu entwerfen und durchzuführen. Die Studenten können Sicherheitsaspekte bei chemischen Reaktionen beurteilen und in die Syntheseplanung mit einbeziehen. |
| content | Die Theorie wird durch das Praktikum sinnvoll ergänzt. Das Erwerben von fortgeschrittenen Arbeitstechniken (Arbeiten unter Inertgas, Mehrstufensynthesen, Chromatographieren) der präparativen organischen und bioorganischen Chemie soll an Beispielsynthesen gelernt werden. |
