| learning outcome | Die Studierenden sind fähig aufgrund ihrer erworbenen Kenntnisse in der Toxikologie und aufbauend auf die parallel dazu verlaufende Vorlesung Biochemie, die Bedeutung der enzymatischen Prozesse bei der Umwandlung von Nahrungsmittelkomponenten, Medikamenten, Drogen und Giftstoffen zu verstehen. Weiterhin wird die Struktur-Wirkungsbeziehung zwischen diesen Substanzen und ihre Effekte auf den gesunden Organismus verstanden. |
